Where do I find the order number?

The order number is stated on your Google Play Store Invoice.

For every purchase you've made on the Play Store, Google will send you an invoice to the email that is registered under your Play Store account.

*If our support staff ask you for the order number please copy and paste it in the email reply AND also send a screenshot of it.
