How to create new events with the long-press function

Besides tapping the (+) add event icon in the upper left corner of the calendar screen, you can also create events by long-pressing on certain areas of the different calendar screens to create, copy and paste events. If you have copied an event, you can follow the same steps below to paste them in. 
 

Agenda view

1) Long-press on the date (on the left of the screen) and a new event will show up at the bottom of the day's list of events. Tap on + to add the details of the new event. 

 

2) Long-press in between two events and a new event will be created in the time-slot between the two events. Tap on + to add the details of the new event. 

 

Day and week view

Long-press on the time slot to create the new event. Tap on 'NEW' to enter event details. 

     

 

Week agenda view

Long-press on the day you want to create the new event. You don't have to long-press on an empty spot, it works also if you long press on an existing event. Tap on 'NEW' to enter event details. 

 

 

Month view

1) Long-press on the day in the month calendar overview above. Tap on 'NEW' to enter event details. 

  

 

2) When you've selected a day, you can long-press in a specific time slot at the bottom list view. Tap on + to add the details of the new event. 

   

 

Text month view

Long-press on the day where you want to create the new event. Tap on 'NEW' to enter event details.
